Full sole in rubber. This is the only bottom we make that is not meant for turning. It is an indoor shoe with a tread, and it will mark a vinyl marley floor.
Grip depends on the floor, its finish, and how it's cleaned. We can only tell you what the bottom is made of.

Fit
Dance shoes are commonly taken 0.5–1 size smaller than everyday shoes, because they are meant to sit close with no slack at the heel. That is a common practice, not a rule. Measure your foot length in millimetres and go by that number, not by the size you usually wear.
